Email us
[email protected] — it reaches a person, not a ticket queue. We aim to reply within one working day.
If something's gone wrong, telling us what you were doing and what happened instead is usually enough. Screenshots help. Never send us a password or a sign-in code — we'll never ask for one.
Signing in
There's no password
You enter your email address and we send you a six-digit code. Type it in and you're in. Nothing to remember, nothing to leak.
The code hasn't arrived
- Check the junk or spam folder — the first one sometimes lands there.
- Codes expire after ten minutes. If it's been longer, ask for a new one.
- Make sure the address is the one your account was set up with.
- Still nothing? Email us and we'll look at it from our end.
It says the code is incorrect or expired
Ask for a fresh one. After several wrong attempts the old code stops working on purpose, so a new one is the fix.
The app on your phone
What it's for
The app is what you carry on your round: the calls you've got today, the checklist and notes for each one, your clients' care plans and next of kin, and your mileage worked out for you. Setting up clients, rates and invoices is done on the website, on a proper screen.
My notes disappeared
They shouldn't, and newer versions of the app keep them on your phone the moment you write them. If a note hasn't sent yet it stays on screen marked waiting for signal and goes by itself when you're back in coverage. If you're seeing something different, tell us which client and roughly when, and we'll find it.
It's not recording my miles
- Location needs to be set to Always in your phone's settings. "While Using" isn't enough, because the driving happens with your phone in your pocket.
- It only records on days you have calls booked. An empty diary records nothing — that's deliberate.
- It stops when you get home after your last booked call, and won't start again that day.
- You can always type mileage in by hand on the website instead.
Mileage
Your business miles come from the round you actually drove. Only visits you confirm count towards them, so personal journeys never end up on a claim. If you take a client somewhere — a hospital appointment, the shops — say so on the visit and it's counted properly rather than being treated as a detour.
You can review and change every figure on the website before it goes anywhere near an invoice. The record is yours and the final say is yours.
Invoices
Confirming a visit adds it to that client's draft invoice as you go, so nothing has to be reconstructed at the end of the month. Drafts stay editable until you mark them sent.
Your business name, address, bank details, logo and invoice numbering are all set under Settings on the website, and appear on everything you send out.
Your subscription
- The first seven days are free and don't need a card.
- After that it's £19 a month, with every feature included. No modules, no add-ons.
- Manage or cancel it under Settings → Subscription on the website.
- Cancelling leaves your access running to the end of the period you've paid for.
Nothing is deleted if you stop paying
Your account becomes read-only. You can still open every client, every care plan and every invoice — you just can't add anything new until you subscribe again. A billing problem is the wrong reason for a carer to be locked out of somebody's care plan at their front door.
Your data, and your clients'
Your clients' records belong to you. We hold them on your behalf and for no purpose of our own — we don't sell them, don't share them for marketing, and don't use them to train artificial intelligence. The full explanation, including where the data lives and who else is involved, is on our data protection page.
If you want a copy of your data, or you're closing your account and need the records preserved, email us before you close it and we'll sort it out.
Something's broken
Tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. If it involves a particular client or visit, the date and the first name are enough for us to find it — please don't email us full care records.
